Sub-Zero repair across Seattle
Wherever you are in the city, our downtown base in Columbia Tower keeps a technician close — most Seattle calls are handled the same day.
From our downtown office in Columbia Tower, we reach every Seattle neighborhood the same day — with the parts on the truck to finish most repairs on the first visit. Call (425) 532-3360. Our service call fee is $89, applied toward the completed repair.
Where we work
Downtown / Belltown
The towers along Second and Third — Escala, Insignia, Fifteen Twenty-One — hide integrated Sub-Zero columns and undercounter units in tight condo galleys. We work around concierge scheduling and freight elevators to service built-ins where a full swap-out isn't practical.
Capitol Hill
From the mansions on Millionaire's Row to remodeled Craftsman kitchens off 15th, Capitol Hill runs the full range. We repair everything here — the 690 built-in a young family inherited, the new PRO 48 in a gut-renovated foursquare near Volunteer Park.
Queen Anne
Queen Anne's slopes are lined with 1900s Victorians and Tudors, many with Sub-Zeros tucked into narrow original kitchens. On the crown near Kerry Park, we handle built-ins that have chilled through three owners without ever leaving the cabinetry.
Ballard
Ballard's old Scandinavian bungalows now share blocks with gutted townhomes, and both keep Sub-Zeros running. A decades-old 632 in a house off Ballard Avenue, a new Designer column in a modern remodel near the locks — we handle both.
Magnolia
Magnolia's bluff homes and mid-century ranches near Discovery Park often came with Sub-Zeros installed during 1990s remodels. Those 550 and 600-series built-ins are still going; we keep them cold rather than sending a good sealed system to the landfill.
Madison Park
Down by the lake in Madison Park, older Tudors and newer waterfront builds lean heavily on Sub-Zero — full-size built-ins, wine storage, undercounter drawers on the patio side. We service the whole lineup, including the units that never get a break in summer.
Laurelhurst
Laurelhurst's Colonial and Tudor Revival estates along Lake Washington were built for entertaining, and their kitchens show it — dual Sub-Zero columns, wine units, ice makers. We keep these systems tuned so a holiday full house doesn't overload a tired compressor.
Windermere
The waterfront estates behind Windermere's gates run some of the largest Sub-Zero installations in the city — paired 700-series columns, integrated wine walls, outdoor units. We're used to the scale here and carry parts for both current and legacy models.
Wallingford
Wallingford is Craftsman bungalow country — foursquares and 1920s homes where the kitchen got opened up but the Sub-Zero stayed put. We fix the built-ins families rely on here, from Gas Works Park down to the 45th Street corridor.
Fremont
Fremont mixes Craftsman homes under the troll with new condos near the tech offices, and Sub-Zeros turn up in both. We handle the older bungalow built-ins and the compact undercounter units squeezed into converted-warehouse lofts along the ship canal.
Green Lake
The Craftsman and Tudor homes ringing Green Lake tend to hold onto their appliances, so we see a lot of 600-series built-ins here that predate the current owners. Most just need a sealed-system service, not replacement — and we do that in place.
Ravenna
Ravenna's brick Tudors and Craftsman homes near the ravine were mostly built before 1930, and many hide a Sub-Zero from a later kitchen redo. We repair those built-ins on-site, keeping the original cabinetry and panels untouched.
Montlake
Montlake's tidy Tudor Revivals sit between the Arboretum and the university, and their kitchens are often compact by design. Sub-Zero built-ins and undercounter drawers fit these smaller footprints well, and we service both without needing to pull the whole unit.
Leschi
The hillside homes in Leschi look out over Lake Washington, and their remodeled kitchens frequently center on a Sub-Zero built-in. We climb these steep driveways regularly to service refrigeration that's working hard against west-facing afternoon sun.
Broadmoor
Inside Broadmoor's gates, the estates around the golf course hold expansive kitchens and butler's pantries — often with more than one Sub-Zero. We service full columns, wine units, and ice makers across these properties, current models and legacy alike.
West Seattle
From the Alki waterfront to the California Avenue junction, West Seattle's Craftsman and view homes have plenty of Sub-Zeros. We cross the bridge daily and treat this side of the Duwamish like any other Seattle neighborhood — same-day, same rates.
Mount Baker
Mount Baker's Olmsted boulevards are lined with grand Craftsman and Tudor homes, many with kitchens remodeled around a Sub-Zero built-in. These older sealed systems respond well to service, and we rebuild them rather than recommending a needless replacement.
Denny-Blaine
Denny-Blaine is a small lakeside pocket of historic mansions, some of the oldest grand homes in the city. Their kitchens run high-end refrigeration, and the Sub-Zero built-ins and wine units these houses were remodeled around are squarely our work.
Madrona
Madrona climbs from the lake up to the 34th Avenue shops, with a real mix of housing along the way. The remodeled kitchens here often feature a Sub-Zero, and both built-ins and undercounter units are regular calls for us up and down the neighborhood.
Sand Point
Sand Point's mid-century homes near Magnuson Park have been steadily updated over the years, and Sub-Zero built-ins are a common upgrade. We service these units — including the older 500 and 600-series that came with earlier renovations — right in the kitchen.
